01. The Project.
Pontins wanted to create a new brand for the B2B events section of the business. This was a department that was tasked with approaching businesses and event organisers to offer the Pontins parks for use in their own events. Previously the Pontins events team would do all of this as part of the Pontins holiday group but it was felt that they should have their very own brand and a standalone website.
02. The Approach.
The events team felt that the primary aim of the website should be to provide the information that is most commonly required by an event organiser and should also offer a way for the events team to have their own identity with the prospect that they are contacting. They wanted a website that could be easily updated by the team without any coding knowledge and would allow for the new information that was added to the site to be shared easily across their social media accounts.
03. The Result.
The client had an idea about what they wanted before they even spoke to us but with excellent communication, we were able to understand what they were wanting to achieve and refine their ideas without jeopardising the project’s integrity. As a B2B brand, the site main focus is on lead generation but the ability for event organisers to gather information quickly was also considered.
